Resolved Question: What to do in Freeport, Nassau and Key West?

My family is going on a cruise in November and we will be spending some time docked in Freeport Bahamas, Nassau Bahamas, and Key West Florida. Amount of time spent in each place: *Nassau-7:00 am-6:00 pm *Freeport-8:00 am-4:00 pm *Key West-8:00 am-Midnight We are planning on going to the Atlantis water park in Nassau, but what should we do in that amount of time in Key West and Freeport? I do not really want to spend a lot of money on another excursion since when are going to Atlantis, but anything reasonable or something you especially enjoy at a particular place I would love to hear about.
